Evert den Hollander
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Evert led a global M&A team at Macquarie Group acquiring and managing asset finance businesses.
Prior to that he was Director of a European Telecom provider, where he led its IPO and M&A roll-up of internet companies.
Evert has had various board roles in the Netherlands, Spain, Australia and the USA.
Evert started his career as a lawyer and worked in the USA and Europe.

Niek Hoogenhout
Chief Investment Officer & Co-Founder
Previously, Niek was Managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group in Sydney.
He was CEO of Rubik Financial, a listed financial services software business.
Niek was a Partner at Accenture (Australia) aligning software with business strategy.
Niek has expertise in software economics. His industry specialisation is in Financial Services.

Stefan Jansen
Chief Revenue Officer & Co-Founder
Stefan built the Channels and Alliances business at AWS Australia and New Zealand to an ecosystem of over 3000 partners.
Led AWS’ Training and Certification business in A/NZ.
At Microsoft, Stefan held several Channel leadership positions.
Stefan managed strategic outsourcing deals at EDS in the Netherlands.

Kevin Lui
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin has 20 years of experience in senior finance roles in Australia including 14 years as Macquarie Group CFO, Corporate & Asset Finance (CAF) division, overseeing financial, tax and funding.
Most recently Kevin has worked in the health roll-up space as CFO at one of the largest optometry groups in Australia.
Kevin is originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the UK and holds a Master of Finance from INSEAD.

With over a decade of experience, Puja's career journey started in the UK at Grant Thornton where she gained valuable experience in private wealth and tax automation initiatives.
Specialising in private business and tax advisory for tech-focused clients, Puja's expertise includes Virtual CFO services, capital raises, digital transformations, tax strategy, and advising overseas clients on setting up operations in Australia.

Jack Davis
Head of Portfolio Management
Jack has over 10 years of experience in corporate strategy and general management across the technology, telecom and ecommerce industries.
Most recently, Jack led the rapidly growing IT products category for Amazon in Australia.
Prior to that, Jack worked at BCG in the US and Australia on a variety of strategy, operations and growth initiatives for telecom and technology clients.
Jack started his career in Special Operations with the U.S. Army.

Jaimee Vey
Investment Manager
Jaimee commenced her career at Deloitte, London, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
After leaving Deloitte, she worked on the listing of one of the largest tech IPOs on the London Stock Exchange in 2021 as well as both corporate buy and sell side transactions in the corporate development and strategy team for a large tech consultancy in London.

Hans Peeters
Investment Manager
Hans has over 10 years’ experience in financial services.
Hans started his career with KPMG Audit Brussels.
He joined Deloitte Audit in Sydney before transferring to M&A Transaction Services.
Hans worked on a number of large transactions, such as the divestment of Toll Global Express, the sale of TEG (Ticketek), and the refinancing of the Whyalla Steelworks (GFG Alliance).

Divine began her career as a Management Consultant at L.E.K., largely working on corporate strategies and M&A due diligence for both publicly listed and private clients across Asia Pacific, the US and UK.
With experience across various industries, Divine has helped businesses grow from scaling internal operations to international market entry.

Alan was Finance Director for the local operations of a global metal trading, mining and industrial group listed on the LSX.
Alan started his career at PwC in Sydney and Montreal as a Chartered Accountant.
Alan is the founder and principal of Bato Capital, providing corporate advisory services.
Recent transactions included the compliance listing of a private equity group.

Accountant
Marie has over 10 years’ audit and consulting experience. Marie started her career with EY Philippines before moving to Australia.
Her previous roles include both public and private accounting in various industries. She has also worked on finance transformation projects for a Fortune 500 Company in Europe and North America.

Business Analyst
Justin has over 4 years’ experience working in private equity and independent expert valuation.
His previous experience includes working on deal origination and analysis for a listed Private Equity business and producing Independent Expert Reports for public market transactions as well as specialised corporate valuations at Lonergan Edwards & Associates.

Ted has over 2 years of experience in financial services.
He started his career at Deloitte Australia in Financial Advisory, before moving to an Australian Fintech focusing on digital investment products.
Ted worked as a Junior Portfolio Manager where he managed the daily operations of several retail and wholesale investment schemes.

Ben has over 5 years of experience working in business development and growth.
He graduated from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Marketing. He has studied abroad at the University of Edinburgh, developing a global skillset in business.
